Due to my dear's strong request, I posted some photos that I took in Denver. It is not for photography purpose.
So sad I only have a day in Denver (actually we arrive at 10am. By the time we get our rental car, it is 11:30am already!!! Everything is so rush). I still remember there is a old cartoon called "the last dinosaur Denver".....yah....true, there used to have dinosaur in Denver and people has found the fossil of dinosaur near Denver city. So our plan is to visit the "dinosaur bridge park”, “red rocks parks". They are near each other. These two parks are 20 mins drive from Denver downtown. After that we went back to city and visit the nature and science museum. There I enjoy the amazing body arts shows. They managed to turn dead body into plastic. The body will be cut to different piece so that people can see all the organ of human body. They make the whole body to plastic even their skin and muscle. They twist the body into different pose in order to show the muscle's distortion movement. The poses I saw include dance, walking, ski, yoga........ They even managed to separate all the muscle of a human and hung them on the ceilings. It is really incredible. After that we have dinner and drove around the Denver downtown.
I want to go "Gold Mine Company", they provide a tour where tourist can have the chance to fossick gold!!!!!!!!!!!!~~~~~BUT....I CAN NOT GO THERE!!! It is 75 mins drive from the city. Too far away!
City Hall------Colorado, Denver
Red Rocks Park---a lot of "red" rocks in the park, they form different stuctures. There is a open air theatre in side the park. Beatles, U2 used to hold concert there. Isn't it amazing?
Brontosaur Bulges: When dinosaur walked on soft ground, their foot sank in and push down and distorted the layer below. the tracks was then filled with sands and mud. The tracks was more that 150 million years ago.
Real dinosaur Traks, well maintained along the highway, it is uncover and exposure to the air all the time and i can notimagine it is still there after so many years.
Along highway 70, you can see dinosaur tracks....amazing experience.
